天父；祂始終慈愛地眷顧我們，絕不遺棄我們。

When we need help，let us turn to

；這聖山就是基督，       天主與人相遇的地方。

Let us be led by the Virgin Mary on the path

that leads to the holy mountain that is Christ

，where God and man meet 。

託付於海星聖母瑪利亞的護佑。

I entrust sailors、fishermen and all those

in difficulty on the seas faraway from home

to the motherly protection of Mary

更好的生活，遠離貧窮、饑餓和戰爭。

Migrants are our brothers and sisters

in search of a better life，far away from

poverty、 hunger and war  。

我們被誘導忽視衰老、視衰老為必需

遠而避之的疾病。

當我們變老時，尤其，如果我們貧困

、患病、獨孤，我們便體會到一個以

How beautiful it is to see when young people are

『street preachers』，joyfully bringing Jesus to

A Christian’s mission in the world is splendid

，it is a mission intended for everyone，

it is a mission of service，excluding no one !

，乃       天主託付於我們每個人的愛的義務。

To defend human life，above all

when it is wounded by illness，

is a duty of love that God entrusts to all 。

、去發現和看見善。

There is great need to feed Christian hope

，which gives us a new view capable of

discovering and seeing the good 。

May we entrust ourselves to the intercession

你們要目不轉睛，好能看到

臨在於現實中的       天主印記。

Sharpen your gaze in order to see

the signs God shows us in reality 。

我再次嚴厲譴責各種形式的酷刑，並鼓勵眾人

致力於杜絕酷刑，支持受害者及其家屬。

I repeat the firm condemnation of

every form of torture and call on

everyone to work for its abolishment

and support victims and families 。

我們每個人都是寶貴的；在       天主眼中

，我們每個人都是無可取代的。

Each one of us is precious；each one of us

is irreplaceable in God’s eyes 。

慈悲溫暖心靈，使之透過分享和參與

關心弟兄、姐妹的需求。

Mercy warms the heart and makes it

sensitive to the needs of brothers and

sisters with sharing and participation 。

教宗方濟各在他的推文上說 :

你們去，你們要抵達每個邊緣地區！

你們去，那裏就是你們藉著聖神的力量形成的教會。

Go forth and reach out to all people

at the margins of society !

Go there and be the Church，

with the strength of the Holy Spirit 。

我們不要因這現世的虛假智慧分心，要跟隨耶穌

，視祂為賦予我們生命意義的唯一可靠的嚮導。

Let us not be distracted by the false wisdom

of this world，but to follow Jesus as the one

sure guide who gives meaning to our life 。

教宗方濟各說，年輕人需要模範，需要有

人向他們展示如何表現出更好的自己。

我們不要轉面不顧那些阻礙人度合乎尊嚴生活

的新貧窮與新邊緣化。

We must not turn our backs on the new forms

of poverty and marginalization that prevent

people from living a life of dignity 。

The personal encounter with refugees dispels

fears and distorted ideologies and becomes

a factor for growth in humanity 。
