教宗方濟各說，        天主的慷慨和愛，沒有任何人

能夠超過；每當我們放棄我們所喜愛的某些東西

，使別人，尤其是那些更需要幫助的人獲得益處

，        天主會對我們做出百倍的回報。

國際大屠殺紀念日，教宗方濟各在他的推文上說 :

不要忘記納粹大屠殺的受害者，他們無法言喻的痛苦

繼續向人類呐喊：我們都是兄弟、姐妹！

Let us not forget the victims of the Holocaust，

Their unspeakable suffering continues to cry out

to humanity :  We are all brothers and sisters !

只有那些被愛的，才能得救；

只有那些被擁抱的，才能被轉變。

Only what is loved can be saved；

不要成為網路的社會隱士

在社會傳播日文告中，教宗方濟各敦促正確使用網路，

並提醒要關注最脆弱群體和年輕一代所面臨的危險。

梵蒂岡將建立一個關於網路霸淩的國際觀察組織。

自從有了互聯網，教會就一直推動讓網路服務於人與人

之間的相遇和團結互助；但是，教宗方濟各所強調的是

這才是我們想要的網路，這網路建造的目的不是

為了設陷阱，是為了使人自由，保護自由人之間

的共融。

Let us look at our hands，often so empty

外在渴望和成功奢求的束縛。

Smallness is freedom；One who is small

， in the Gospel sense， is unencumbered

要牢記自己的領洗日期

明天、一月十三日，是主耶穌受洗節，也是一個

紀念開啟信仰生活的日子；教宗方濟各說：慶祝

主領洗的日子非常重要，並且要將其牢記於心。

除了要謹記、並紀念主受洗日外；教宗要求我們

記住自己的領洗日期，若是不記得，就去問一問

家人或代父母。

教宗方濟各在他的推文上說 :

祈禱的第一步，就是謙卑，去        天父那裏、對祂說

：『求禰垂顧我吧，我是個罪人』；

上主將俯聽我們。

The first step in prayer is to be humble，go to

the Father and say：『Look at me，I am

a sinner』； And the Lord listens。

教宗方濟各在他的推文上說 :

世界的精神只能靠信仰的精神克勝，就是相信 :

天主就臨在於我們身邊的弟兄、姐妹。

The spirit of the world is conquered with

the spirit of faith， believing that God is

really in the brother and sister who are

close to me。
